The Chaîne des Rôtisseurs, with nearly 21,000 members, is an International Association of Gastronomy now established in over 75 countries. We are a community of enthusiasts who share the same values of quality, fine dining, the encouragement of the culinary arts, and the pleasures of the table.

Our association is unique. We bring together amateurs and professionals from all over the world, including hoteliers, restaurateurs, executive chefs, and sommeliers, in the appreciation of fine cuisine.
